College Football 25 Dynasty Deep Dive - EA SPORTS

COLLEGE FOOTBALL 25 DYNASTY DEEP DIVE

Welcome to Campus Huddle, which provides news and information about the EA SPORTS ™ COLLEGE FOOTBALL 25!

I think you are looking forward to the information about the Fan Faud Dynasty function. Before starting Campus Huddle, listen to the deep dive video of Kirk Herbstreit about dynasty mode.

Then, we talk about the college Walker and the lead game designer Ben Howmiller about the Colage Football 25. Come on, let's get started!

BUILDING DYNASTY

  • Create a coach: This includes the decision you make to lead the coach to the top of the university football world. Before getting the job of the first coach, do you start by gaining fame as a coordinator of a small school or start a coach at a dream school? All of the decisions you make on your journey are important.
  • Create a program: To win the college football, not X and O, but Jimmy and Joe. Recruit is the soul of the college football, and in order to be a consistent winner, a roaster created to reload instead of reconstructed. It all starts with high school recruitment trails, but in modern college football, retention and transfer portal use the ability to create a champion team.
  • College football world: The university football world has changed a year, let alone the last 11 years. From football playoffs with 12 new teams to sessions, we aimed to provide tools to reproduce the changing world of changing college fumetball in dynasty and customize your experience.

It was a unique motto that supported our three pillars: "Because it is" because of their games ".

BUILD YOUR COACH

The journey to the top of the university football world begins with a coach. We want to make this meaningful and experience coaching journey that other sports cannot be tasted. We met college coaches and college coaching experts and began to disassemble real coaches on the board. What was their identity? What made them great? What is the way they have reached the present?

We discovered that both active coaches and former coaches were roughly divided into three categories. Some recruiters are wonderful, while others are motivators that maximize the potential of players.

There were also some coaches like a hybrid in two categories. For example, there was a coach who was excellent in both recruitment and X & O. Analyzing hundreds of coaches revealed two things. There are no coaches who are good at all, and there is no way to become a great coach.

What about the best coach ever? They were not all good, and they needed a coordinator. Let's look back on 2013. The offense of Alabama University was delayed. The world of the offense of the college football has changed rapidly. He invited offense leaders, changed the Alabama offense, then participated in six out of the eight national championships, and put the program in a completely new orbit while producing multiple masterpieces.

All of our research and conversations led to creating coaching experiences centered on three goals:

  • As in the real world, there is no excellent coach in all.
  • The type of coach is like Janken, and there is no dominant progress.
  • It is important to make coordinators and staff.

COACH PROGRESSION

The growth of the coach begins with the game. When you get the XP, the coach level will rise (maximum level 50) and you will get a coach point. The coach point can be used to upgrade the coach skills (see it later).

Coach XP goals include four categories: single games, weekly, season, and career.

  • Draft: A professional draft goal according to the round nominated in the draft, such as "Players nominated in the first draft."
  • From the results of one game such as "Game Inter Set" and "Lashing Touch Down" to the results of all games. For example, "winning rivals", "winning the top 25 teams", "winning the US championship".
  • Recruitment: Determined by success in recruitment. For example, a full season, such as "contracting with a 5-star candidate" or "contracting with the best recruitment class in Japan".
  • Statistics: Weekly goals such as "Top 10", "Team Pass Yard 4. 000", season statistics such as "Top 5 with offense Yard", and career goals such as "5 wins in the US Championship". < SPAN> There were also some coaches like a hybrid in two categories. • You can check the "coach XP target" screen that can be accessed from the coach tab of Dynasty Hab, which is the number of times you have achieved the goal and the achievement. In addition, five progress speed settings have been added to change the coach's progress speed in Dynasty.
  • Every time you achieve your goal in the game, a notification is displayed in the upper left of the screen. The notification describes the completed goal and XP reward.
  • When you complete the game or proceed with the week, you will see an XP summary screen that indicates the progress to the next level.
  • EA SPORTS COLLEGE FOOTBALL 25 introduces a new coordination kill system based on the archetype. This is similar to a conventional RPG course, and all parties can be considered to have a specific class (arche type) and role. In order for the team to succeed, all party players must do their own work and cooperate.

The same is true for our system. All coaches start from the basic class or arched coach. This is like a specific skill in traditional RPG. Like a real coach, the base archetype is classified into three categories: recruiting, motivation (considering player development and program culture), plans (areas of X and O).

You can move forward in various ways from the arch type that is the core. You can become an expert in a category like a recruitment, become an elite recruiter and excel in recruit trails. Alternatively, you can become a strong hybrid coach in many fields. The final goal is to be a program creator or CEO at the top of the university football world.

Achieving an elite arche type such as program creators and CEO requires a combination of success and skill development on site. There is no only formula to achieve these status. Mixing and matching the various combinations of competency and the progressive path can give a strong fit. < SPAN> You can check the "coach XP target" screen that can be accessed from the coach tab of the dynasty hub. There are 11 archetypes in total, each with their own dorm and privileges. Together, they form a rock-paper-scissors relationship where there is no dominant archetype. While talent acquisition is undoubtedly the most important aspect of college football, focusing only on recruiting can leave you weak in other areas. Remember, no coach is good at everything. Every decision you make about your coaching journey matters. Once you buy the ability, there is no turning back, as you cannot redefine your coach.

How do I upgrade my archetype?

Each archetype has prerequisites or goals that must be met in order to purchase it. For example, to become an elite recruiter, you must spend 50 coach points on the Recruiter archetype and have two top 5 recruiting classes. Once these goals are met, the archetype becomes available for purchase with coach points. When creating a coach, you choose which base archetype you want to start with. The other two base archetypes become available for purchase with coach points without having to meet any additional conditions.

Purchasing an archetype with Coach Points unlocks a new skill set and new opportunities for Carousel Coaching (more on that later). Additionally, each archetype has a perk when it is active. For example, the Tactician has a Winner perk that gives you extra Coach XP every time you win a match.

Your active archetype is determined automatically. If you own the Builder or CEO archetype programs, it will always be your active archetype, regardless of how many Coach Points you've spent on other archetypes. If you don't have these archetypes, your active archetype will be the one you've spent the most Coach Points on. All Coach abilities are always available to you, regardless of which archetype is currently active.

You can see your progress on the Coach Skills screen, accessible from the Coach tab in Hub Dynasty. On this screen, you can see all the archetypes available to you, the unlock conditions and privileges, and your overall progress for each archetype. As you spend Coach Points on each archetype, the spider graph in the center of the screen changes to show your Coach DNA.

COACH CAROUSEL

How do abilities work?

If you own an arched type, you can use the coach point to purchase the ability in the archetype. College football 25 has introduced more than 50 coach abilities. Each skill has up to four levels, and each level has a purchase cost. Each archetype except the schema master, program builder, and CEO is assigned to the position group. This increases the level of specialized knowledge and specialty of each coach.

One coach is no longer good for full employment. Now, coaches are specializing in specific position groups, and the staff's composition is more important. Are you a "shelled general"? Are you strong in trenches and dedicated to the fl y-free zone? How do the staff supplement you?

In addition to the reinforcement of the position, there are coaches and skills that have an important game effect, so you can really cook. For example, Guru Scheme archetype focuses on your play style. If you like fast play, you can upgrade to the fast tempo fence to get the following boost:

Battery Pack (Tier 1): The offense player is in a hurry and delays

Sleep (Tier 2): The number of defenders delays to see the side line when snapping increases

With heel (Tier 3):

Pull your hand (Tier 4): The opportunity to see the defense coverage shell rush

By upgrading discipline / communication skills, you can use your team to a wel l-moving machine that does not work on your opponent and is not disturbed by the crowd of home fields that are rough. In the offense, there is something like the following:

Hater INHIBITORS (Tier 1): Slightly reduced the impact of the audience on streets.

  • Teflon (Tier 2): greatly reduces the impact of the crowd on the street.
  • Sophisticated (Tier 3): The offense player's foul is slightly reduced
  • Clean Reef Offense (Tier 4): The offense player's foul is greatly reduced
  • Of course, the balance is very important here, so there is a defense counter for all the offense style play abilities. Are you tired of seeing your defense a little SUS or being a physical ground & pound team? Upgrade the ground and pound defense to become a defense, reducing the impact of the physical offense that always runs football.
  • The Program Builder and CEO archetypes are different because they are only available to coaches. Their skills vary and range from role management and program development to on-field advantage and recruiting pipeline.

What about coordinators?

Coordinators and coaches have similar skills and archetypes, and from a head coach coordinator you naturally become more focused on talent management, and a coordinator will either complement your strengths or make up for your shortcomings. Remember, there is no coach who is good at everything.

All the skills that your staff of personal trainers have stack together and increase the effectiveness of your skills. The abilities that the coach owns will have the greatest impact. The impact of an ability that a coordinator owns depends on whether that ability is ball-side related. For example, a defensive coordinator who owns the Quarterback Frozen Veins ability, which increases the quarterback's composure at the start of the game, will have a much smaller impact than an offensive coordinator who owns it.

Your coordinators will automatically evolve their archetypes and abilities. You cannot control which abilities you purchase, nor can you redefine your coordinator's abilities. This makes how you promote your coaches and manage your coaching carousel staff even more important.

MANAGING YOUR STAFF

You can see what abilities your coordinators have from the coach abilities screen by scrolling left and right with LB/RB or L1/R1. Each coach has a unique spider graph based on the abilities and archetype they have. Press R3 to overlay the spider graphs of the three coaches, so you can quickly see where your staff is lacking.

Your journey begins when you sign your first coaching contract. When creating your dynasty, you have the option to choose between a coach, offensive coordinator, or defensive coordinator. Coordinators have performance expectations, just like coaches. All roles have full control over recruiting and can play on both sides of the ball during games.

Sign Here

Every time you start a new coaching job, you will sign a contract with this school. Contracts set out terms and expectations, and just like in real life, if you don't meet those expectations, bad things will happen.

A school's expectations are determined by the current standing of their team and the school's program. The better the school, the higher the expectations. There are four types of contract expectations:

Win a game (X)

Win a conference (X)

Win a conference (X)

BUILD YOUR PROGRAM

Win a conference (X)

Win a conference (Won the conference)

Win a national championship

Your job security will fluctuate throughout the season depending on your game results and whether you tend to meet your contract expectations. The more you fail to meet the expectations, the more your job security will be affected. If your job security drops too low, you'll be on the hot seat, if your seat gets too hot, you'll be fired and have to look for a new job on the coaching carousel. Alternatively, if you meet or exceed your goals, your job security will increase. Of course, if you don't like the possibility of getting fired, you can always turn off user coach activation in the dynasty settings.

Your job security depends on meeting your contract expectations. Every win and loss counts toward those expectations. That said, not all wins and losses are the same. Beating a high-ranked team has a bigger impact than beating a regular FCS team. Similarly, if you're playing against a regular FCS team, you'll be fired. Losing to a team doesn't mean you're doing well.

  • A coach's prestige reflects his or her ability to meet the contract expectations tailored to the school and role. For example, winning five games at a small school and meeting expectations has a much smaller impact than winning an SEC championship at a traditional powerhouse school.
  • At the end of your contract, the school will decide whether or not they want to extend your contract based on your performance. If you are offered an extension, you will be notified that the school has decided to extend your contract and you will automatically accept it. Don't worry, automatically accepting an extension doesn't mean you can't change jobs. Regardless of your current contract situation, you can apply for a new job through the Coaches Carousel at any time during your contract. If you are offered an extension but pass on it by not accepting it, you have automatically accepted the contract extension to prevent you from unintentionally changing jobs.
  • The current coach contract and employment security status can be accessed from the Dynasty Hub coach tab. When browsing the contract, the safety of the present and past seasons, the expected contract, and the results of the past 20 years are displayed. The performance of each season displays a bowl game that has won the team, whether it has become a team, a conference champion.
  • When you sign a contract, you can see the past 20 years and see what the program you take over. Of course, the history of the program will continue to be updated as you play Dynasty.

WELCOME TO STAGED RECRUITING

After the 2021-2022 football regular season, two LSU and USC's featured schools were looking for new coaches. The two schools did what they had expected and hired elite coaches of other hot schools. Suddenly, other hig h-level work was unexpectedly found, and Carousel Coaching was in full swing.

College Football 25 aimed to reproduce the chaos called Carousel Football and the domino effect it brought. Currently, CAROUSEL coaching does not take place in a week, but for five weeks, as in the actual world, from the week of the conference championship to the end of the bowl season. In addition, Carousel has become asynchronous, and all users can evaluate the offer without waiting for other users. This will not be told that your friend wants to stay in your current job while you are waiting for your friend to keep evaluating the offer in your online mult i-user Dynasty. The whole will not be stagnant.

What is the mechanism of coach carousel?

The Carousel begins in the week of the conference championship. That week, all coach contracts are processed, and the school determines whether to dismiss coaches, extend, or expire the contract. If your school decides to dismiss or extend you, you will receive an action item to notify the news. If you are a coach, you can also dismiss the coordinator that week. < SPAN> The current coach contract and employment security status can be accessed from the Dynasty Hub coach tab. Pipeline: All coaches have the main pipeline that boosts recruitment. This means that they simulate the regions of countries that have strong bonds and relationships in recruitment. The school prefers the same coach as one of the school's recruitment pipeline.

Coach's fame: The coach's fame is compared with the fame of the school team. The 5-star program does not try to hire only the prestigious C coach of the inner circle.

A comprehensive "school fit" score is created, and a candidate list is created based on it. The school gives an offer to the coach from among them.

Game theory and domino effect

When judging whether to accept the offer, it is important to keep the domino effect in mind. Just because there is no job today does not mean that there will be no jobs next week. You can see all the recruitment recruitment information currently being recruited by using the "full recruitment" filter on the coac h-carousel screen. Each recruitment information is listed by the top candidates targeted by the school. At the end of the week, one of the three candidates leaves the current job and undertake the job being recruited. This allows you to predict which jobs will be next week.

You can also see the movements of all coaches in the university football world on the staff screen. The staff screen can be accessed from Dynastyhab's "Transfer of Staff" action items. "Transfer of the staff" displays all the coaches who have changed jobs, the former team / new affiliated team, and the reasons for leaving.

As a coach, you will have the opportunity to manage the staff and hire and dismiss coordinators. The coach arch type system does not allow you to be good in everything. Staff management is an opportunity to build staff as you want, to get the best position to succeed as a program.

Dismissance!

Staff management begins with the championship week of the tournament. This week, you can fire the coordinator. Please note that this is the only thing you can do this week. After this week, the coordinator cannot be replaced unless it is adopted by other schools.

Coordinators don't leave unless they are fired or hired by another school. Each coordinator has a standard two-year contract. Once their contract expires, they are automatically renewed for another two years. Of course, if you don't like it, you can always tell them you're fired. If a coordinator has one year or less left on their current contract, they may be dumped and moved to another school. If this happens during the carousel period, you will have the opportunity to hire a replacement.

STAGE ONE: DISCOVERY

Welcome to the team!

Starting in week one, you can hire a new coordinator if there is an opening. When you try to hire a new coordinator, you will be presented with a list of candidates. These coaches will be chosen based on the needs of your school. The logic used to determine the list is similar to the school's logic for determining the top candidates by the AI.

When you review the candidates, you can see their current school, active archetype, coach level, and which schools are interested in the candidate. These schools are the schools that will be your competition if you make an offer. You can also see the talent of the coach so you can dig deeper and see if they will fit with your staff.

If you make an offer to a coach, there is no guarantee that they will accept it. You can only offer to one coach per position per week, and once you have made an offer, they will appear in the staff management screen with an "Offered" tag. You can go forward a week and re-enter the screen to see if the coach accepted your offer. If they accept, they will join your program after the National Championship game, once all coach moves have been processed. If they decline your offer, you will have the opportunity to make an offer to another coach. You will always have at least one coach to recruit that you do not have to compete with other schools for. If you are unable to fill the vacancy when the carousel ends, you will automatically be assigned a new coordinator at the same level as your program.

  • In today's world, there is no doubt that roaster management and acquisition of human resources are the forefront of college football and program construction. Players are always able to transfer whenever they want, and are looking forward to you and your program. Some players want to play early, while others want to win and play in big games. It is unprecedented to match what you and your program can do for them.
  • We first started planning by talking to incumbent, former coaches, players, and recruit experts. In this era, what is recruitment and roaster management? How did the motivation of the players change? What causes the players to transfer? Where is the difference between major and small and medium in recruitment activities?
  • At the same time, I spent a lot of time in quantitative investigations. We wanted to learn everything about recruitment and program management. Every year, 5 stars, 4 stars, and 3-star promising stocks, what is different between California and Florida. We not only investigated hundreds of professiona l-specs recruitment routes, but also focused on different geographical areas and known ones. Why did they have a contract with the school? What are the common features of the top 5 and the top three schools? Why did they visit several schools but did not visit other schools? What is the role of coaches and coordinators in the recruitment process?
  • Finally, we spent time talking with the community about what we would expect to hire and program. In the past games, the players liked the recruitment and liked it, but were boring. Conversely, the latest recruitment was quick, but shallow and cold. I didn't think I had a relationship with the prospect. By combining these two, we wanted to find a way to create a connection with recruitment through discovery while using the time effectively.
  • Eventually we have reached four important goals when building a program:
  • Humanize recruiters by giving recruiters with unique needs and motives.
  • Based on the past data of the world, in order to obtain the genuine high school talent, the domestic regions are diversified by quality, quality, and players.
  • While top schools should allow themselves to cover the whole country, smaller schools should take a more targeted approach.

Making the transfer gateway less predictable

College Football 25 introduces a new staged recruiting experience based on three phases: "Discovery", "Pitch" and "Close". Just like in the real world, each recruit is at a different stage of the process. Where they are in the process will determine how you interact with them and how much engagement they require.

Recruiting starts with "Discovery". In this early stage, you find out which prospects you want to target, what their skills are, and what they are most interested in. In this stage, it is important to reveal information about the recruit as soon as possible. Time is of the essence, so the sooner you find out how well they match with your program, the better.

Once the recruit has announced his top five schools, it's time for the pitch. In the pitch stage, you sell the freshman your program and what you offer. How well your school matches his motivations will determine your success.

The final stage is closing. This is where you invite a recruit on an official visit to try and make an impression on your program. If the visit goes well, you will make great strides with the recruit and may even get a verbal commitment after the visit. Finally, the recruit will make their final decision on National Signing Day.

Before we dive deep into each one, let's start by explaining how unique each program and each recruit is.

It's not just the game on the pitch that there are 134 playing styles. Each school is graded from D- to A+ in 14 categories, including "My School Grades". These grades determine what the program is like and what its strengths and weaknesses are. No two programs are the same, and grades change dynamically during the dynasty period based on the school's performance and actions. The 14 grades are as follows:

Playing Time: Represents the time it takes for a player to become a significant player at their position. Playing time is set individually for each soldier and player based on their position group and OVR.

Playing Style This represents your playing style. Each player archetype has a stat that is tracked throughout the season. How high this stat is compared to other teams will determine your ranking. For example, a general field quarterback's playing style grade is determined by passing yards per game.

League Wins: This measures how close a team is to winning a championship. It takes into account the team's current standing and roster composition.

Schedule Delivery: This is a comprehensive assessment of the program's history and overtime history based on conference and national championship wins, career wins, and awards.

Campus Lifestyle: This is a representation of the campus itself as well as the city and area that surrounds it. This rating cannot be changed or influenced.

Stadium Atmosphere: This is determined by the team's past performance in home games.

Pro Potential: This is a projection of the likelihood that a player on the current roster will play on Sunday.

Brand Report: This is a score that includes the team's overall brand awareness, the NIL opportunities a player may have at the school, and how often they will play in primetime games.

Academic Prestige: This ranks all universities based on their real-world academic rankings. This rank cannot be changed.

Conference Prestige: This represents the overall strength of the conference based on the prestige of each conference member team.

Coach Prestige: This is a reflection of the school's coaching staff. Coaches are most important here, but coordinators are also considered.

  • Coach Stability: This evaluates how long the coaching staff has been there and how likely they are to remain there for the next four years.
  • Athletic Facilities: This rating measures the quality of the athletic facilities at the program. A waterfall or a barber shop would be a plus here.
  • Homecoming: This rating is unique to each recruit and is based on where the school stands in the recruit's home pipeline.
  • Each grade has its own scoring standards. For example, play time is scored for each player. Compare the player's OVR (predicted OVR in the case of a rookie) with the team's roaster and predict how many years it takes to become a starter. The action on the recruit trail affects the player of the player in the rookie and the current roaster. Even if you are currently a starter, if you contract with a new player in recruitment, it will adversely affect your play time and hit the transfer gate.

On the other hand, the championship container uses the top 25 rankings, the reputation of the team, and the current quality of the low chip ratio of Bado Elliott's Blue Chip Resio.

Finally, there is a branding report. This reflects the opportunity of NIL, a brand of your school and a player in your school. You cannot see the players selected as the College Football 25, but new students and transferors will evaluate the potential and branding opportunity when considering the destination.

Most of the results are dynamically updated throughout the season, but some are updated only at the end of the season. If the grades are reduced, they may be withdrawn from the new students who have been promised, or they may suddenly be hit by the transfer gate after the end of the season. Also, your performance plays an important role in recruitment and affects the recruitment acquisition status.

All grades and detailed information can be found on the "My School" screen that can be accessed from the recruiting hub. On this screen, you can not only evaluate the current strengths and weaknesses of your school, but also check how each grade can be improved to become a more powerful program. When the rating is highlighted, a player with a risk of transfer is displayed because the steps to improve the rating, the current ranking with other teams, and the deal breaker are set on the score. We will explain in detail the reason why the deal breaker and the players decide to transfer. < SPAN> Each grade has its own scoring standards. For example, play time is scored for each player. • The My School grades taken together show where your team ranks and can be considered the "My School GPA". Prestige Teams give you a Prestige rating based on your current performance at My School, in half-star increments from 0 to 5 stars. Very few programs will achieve an elite 5-star performance, and even fewer will be able to sustain it for an extended period of time. After all, Prestige Teams play a central role in the recruitment and quality of players who want to play for your program.

Recruitment and Origins

Every season, over 3. 500 recruits are recruited from all over the country. Just like in the real world, the class is different every time. Some years have a rich selection of top talent, while other years have fewer top prospects. Similarly, the quantity and quality of prospects from each region of the country varies. Some regions have a more consistent level, quality, and type of recruits than others.

STAGE TWO: PITCH

For example, Southern California is known for producing great quarterbacks, and East Texas consistently produces the best wide receivers in the country. But we didn't stop there. We wanted to go deeper to make sure we captured the authenticity of the high school talent. Yes, East Texas is known for producing great receivers, but more specifically, for how big and physical their receivers are. As a result, you end up with big, natural receivers coming out of East Texas and small, incredibly fast deep threat receivers coming out of South Florida.

What do strategists care about?

  • There are 14 different motivations that recruits might care about, all of which correspond one-to-one with my school grades mentioned above. Grades influence which motivations you value. Five-star prospects care more about getting to the next level, winning championships, and growing their brand in the slightest opportunity than one-stars. Conversely, two-stars are more likely to be interested in staying close to home, coaching stability and academics.
  • Each recruit has three motives. These three motives form what we call "ideal pitch". At the Discovery stage, your job as a recruiter is to find their ideal pitch as soon as possible and determine if they are in line with your program. If the recruiter does not match your program, you will be forced to be anxious to contract with them.

One of the three ideal pitch motivations may be the deal breaker. Deal breakers represent incentives that recruiters are very enthusiastic and never stop. If you don't meet their deal breaker, they will not talk to you. Furthermore, the dealbarker remains in the players forever, so the players who have joined your roaster will remain the same deal breaker as you scouted to your school. Think of this as a promise with the players. If you do not keep your promises with them, they may pass through the transfer after the season.

Recruit pipeline

Analysis of past recruitment data reveals that recruitment is strong in the present era. We discuss various recruit strategies and tactics with incumbent coaches and former coaches, and discussed how they are dealing with recruitment in various regions in Japan. All of our investigations and discussions have led us to a new way of thinking about pipelines in university football 25.

STAGE 3: CLOSE

First of all, it was clear that the recruitment of human resources and pipeline is not the same. Having a pipeline in Florida is much more valuable than having a pipeline in New York. This reveals that the conventional approach that each state has its own pipeline cannot accurately express the recruitment situation. One of our goals was to balance the pipeline from the viewpoint of the quantity and quality of newcomers coming out of the pipeline, and how the school look at the pipeline.

As a result, the pipeline was reconstructed as a geographical area, not a state. For example, Florida is currently divided into three pipelines: northern Florida, central Florida, and southern Florida. Similarly, Metro Atlanta became a unique pipeline, and New York and New Jersey were integrated and became one pipeline. In total, 25 College Football University has 50 pipelines.

With our newly constructed pipelines, the next step was to look at each school’s recruiting classes over the past 10 years and identify which regions they primarily recruit from. With this data, we developed a tiered ranking system that represents the strength of each school in a given pipeline. Each pipeline has five tiers, and each school was assigned a pipeline tier based on their historical data. The higher the pipeline level, the more influence they have in the district. This stimulates recruits’ initial interest in your school and the influence of your letter.

A school’s pipeline level never changes, so schools that are historically strong recruiters in a given region will always have an advantage. For example, Florida has historically dominated recruiting in Central Florida, including Lakeland, Tampa, and Orlando. Similarly, LSU regularly makes inroads in East Texas and throughout the Gulf Coast. This also accurately reflects the recruiting challenges of smaller schools that are not located in or adjacent to a strong pipeline.

In general, a school’s pipeline greatly influences the type of players you can acquire and where they come from. The bonuses for the top tier of the pipeline are very strong, and schools have an incentive to recruit their pipeline. Oregon is expected to frequently compete with the likes of Washington and USC in Southern California and Arizona.

Pipeline combined with deal breakers allows for a more realistic and less exploitative recruiting. It is possible to get a 4-star at a small school, but it takes the right fit and a big investment of resources and time. Our hope is that in your online dynasty, you won't have to create custom house rules to stop your friends from beating the system.

Original Interest and Top Schools

Each recruiting starts with a list of schools of interest. When recruiters make their initial list of top schools, they grade each school against their ideal pitch and motivation. They also take into account home pipeline and proximity to home. This means that a recruit from Atlanta is more likely to have a school in the southeast in their first top school. However, some prospects may choose to leave home and play at a school farther away if they feel that a school outside their area better suits their needs or that a school in their area just isn’t good enough for them.

Similarly, most of the top schools for prospects who value academics are very similar to each other. For example, if you’re at Rice, it’s common for a recruit interested in your school to also be interested in Vanderbilt, Northwestern, and Stanford because of their high academics.

HEY COACH, I’M SORRY, BUT I’VE DECIDED TO LEAVE

Depending on the recruiter’s motivation and position, they may be open to hearing from any school, or they may already be down to the top eight or even top five.

As recruiting begins, recruits will narrow down their top schools over time, from open to top eight to top five to top three, and finally to commitments. Your job is to stay above the cut line every week. A good recruiter will quickly recognize a losing battle and redirect their resources to another prospect who is more likely to commit. As the week begins, a recruiter summary pops up to let you know how your recruiting is changing, so you can quickly determine where to spend your time that week.

The first stage of recruiting is discovery, and your goal is to find out information about your prospect as soon as possible. The sooner you know information about your prospect, the sooner you can decide whether or not to pursue them. Intel discovery and recruiter information is also essential to how you set up your pitch and sell your school to recruiters. Disclosing this information before your competitors gives you a huge advantage.

Identifying your prospects

Discovery starts with identifying perspectives. You can find prospects to recruit from your perspective list. The prospect list defaults to the recommended filter, which identifies recruiters who are a good fit for you. The recommended filter uses the same logic as A. I. when identifying players to recruit. It takes into account your team's position needs, which pipeline the recruit came from, the recruit's interest in your school, and their ranking.

The L2/LT position filter and/or the R2/RT filter allow you to filter by top prospects, star rating, and status to quickly filter your prospect list. If you want more control over your search, you can use the advanced search feature by pressing triangle/(y) from the perspective list. Advanced search allows you to search for prospects that match specific criteria. You can search by the following criteria:

Location

I THINK IT IS BEST IF YOU PLAY ELSEWHERE

You can use the following criteria to select prospects:

THE TRANSFER PORTAL

Status

Minimum Star Rating

Height

Weight

Handiness (quarterbacks only)

School Interest

When you view recruiters in your prospect list, you can see information about them as well as basic recruiting information such as if they have a deal breaker, if they meet the needs of the group, how interesting they are at your school, what stage of recruiting they are, and how many scholarship offers they have.

When you find a troop you are interested in, you can click (x)/(a) to add them to your board. Remember, you can only have 35 players on your recruiting board at any one time.

SIGNING DAY

When building your board, it is important to understand the strengths and weaknesses of your current roster. How many players will graduate next season? How many starters are returning? On any recruiting screen, you can click R3/RS to quickly see the needs at each position.

The Team Needs spreadsheet shows you the total letter grades for each position and a breakdown by grade level of players currently on the roster. It also shows you how many more players you need at that position and how many players you have signed and are targeting at that position.

How many players are needed at a position varies by format. For example, if you have a heavy offensive scheme like Veer or SHOT, you need 10 wide receivers. On the other hand, a pro-style offense only requires six. A scheme is tied to a playbook, and the only way to change it is to change the offensive and defensive playbooks. As you continue to target and sign players, your team's needs will update accordingly.

Recruiting Time

POSITION CHANGES

Recruiting time is the primary currency you spend on recruiting and scouting activities each week. The amount of recruiting time is determined by your team's status and where you are in the season.

The more prestigious a team is, the more recruiting time they will have each week. This is to model the recruiting resources a program has, and higher level programs have more resources available to them. For example, in the preseason, a five-star program has 1, 000 hours of recruiting time, while a one-star program only has 350 hours.

PLAYER PROGRESSION

The time of year also affects intake time. In preseason and offseason recruiting, you don't have to prepare for a game every Saturday. As a result, you have much more time to spend recruiting than you would in the middle of the regular season.

In addition to the limit of hours you can spend recruiting per week, each prospect has a limit of how many hours they can spend per week. The default maximum is 50 hours, but you can increase it to a maximum of 70 hours because you can always be crooned in this position.

Recruiting Board

The recruiting board is where you will spend most of your recruiting time. The general layout of the board will be familiar to many of you. On the left side, you will have a list of all the recruits who are registered on your board. Each recruit will have high-level information about their status, such as the number of hours, how many they are recruiting, whether they have a scholarship offer, when they will visit, their tent, and their level of interest in your school.

You can filter the list using L2/LT. For example, you can filter by prospects who are ready to visit, prospects who have not offered a scholarship, recruiting stage, location, and more. You can also sort the board by country ranking, interest status, and recruiting stage. Of course, the board can also be reordered manually using R2/RT.

If you choose a recruiter, you can dig deeper into exchanges. At the top of the screen, a biological information about the recruiter and a large bar with a stage are displayed. This bar indicates the overall progress between the recruiter on each stage and eventually commit to the team. The dark part of the bar indicates how long the recruitment progresses every week.

  • On the "Overview" tab, you can check the location of each school. Like the top bar, each school has its own bar, indicating the progress of recruitment. The top school list is a zoom insapshot that progresses to the next stage of the military. When the team fills the bar, the recruiter goes on to the next stage and the top school bar is reset. The team below the cut line is locked out and cannot be talked to the recruiter.
  • It is important to start providing scholarships and determine whether you are targeting appropriate players for your program before you have a limited recruitment time and resources. During the pr e-season, only scouting and scholarship offer can be offered, so it is a great opportunity to scout players and make sure they are targeting appropriate customers. College Football 25 has introduced a new scouting system that takes into account the ambiguity of the skills of high school players and the gradual discovery.
  • Before scouting a player, you can only see rating, height, weight, hometown, location, and arched type. The question mark is displayed for the attributes, skills, and training characteristics of the players. The feature represents the top 10 score of the arched type.
  • Each attribute has four search modes:

Unscouts: This is represented by the Quest Mark and is the default state of each player.

Partially detected: The horizontal bar is displayed at this stage. The left side of the bar is 0 and the right side is 99. Inside the bar is a golden band that covers 25 % of the bar space. The true score of the player for this function is somewhere in this range.

Almost when you understand the attributes of the scan player, the future of the player becomes clearer. At this point, the golden band covers only 10 % of the bar.

Completely scouting: When you are completely scouted, the player's ability and accurate attribute score will be revealed.

Every time you search for a candidate, you will find a limited amount of information about the player. Scanning a player can be completely detected, or other characteristics can only be detected. In addition, each scouting action also reveals physical and intellectual abilities.

Characteristics and abilities can be detected, but the training characteristics of the players cannot be detected. When I talked to the coaches about the growth characteristics of the players, most coaches answered that it is an intangible element, and it is difficult to identify unless it is a clear intuition or recruitment personally. Ta. As a result of our discussions, the first reveals the training characteristics of Prospect is the day of the national signing. But if you have a mind leader skill, spending time with them during the formal visit may be able to know its training characteristics.

The coaches we talked about explained that the lower the stars, the higher the level of ambiguity and uncertainty about the player's skill set. This depends on how much to p-profile specifications are exposed from social media, scouts, and hig h-level camping. Conversely, newcomers with low stars are generally low in recognition, so they do not know their true ability. This creates a chance to find a diamond rough.

IMPACT PLAYERS

We have modeled this uncertainty and unknowns with the GEM/BUST system. When searching for a player, it may be possible to recognize whether the player's true ability is actually above or below than the star evaluation shows. For example, a fou r-star body is actually a promising stock of 3-star quality, and a fou r-star jewel has a 5-star skill level. Of course, even if a player is a bust, it is not always a bad player. The 5-star bustle will be very good.

MANAGING WEAR AND TEAR

This system creates a large variety of spaces with low stars, and provides opportunities to build a program with hig h-quality players who have escaped from the gaps in the recruit ranking. This can be a very effective recruit strategy for building your program because it is very difficult to get to p-class Blue Chip Professional Spects. Let's consider the rise of Voyage State University from the early 2000s to the middle and the unity of Oregon. Both of these programs were good at finding the gem that had been overlooked without being scouted by the big school.

Find an ideal place

If the prospect decides to meet the first conditions, the next is to reveal Intel about their motivation and interest. Remember that prospects have three interests, each of which is an "ideal pitch." Your goal is to discover their ideal pitch as soon as possible, know if their motivation is in line with your program, and get the necessary information when putting on stage 2.

Stage 1 has five recruiting actions that can be used to clarify the information of prospect. Not only does it clarify the information, but it also has an influence on prospects. Each action has a recruitment time cost and a corresponding benefit. The more time you spend on the army, the faster you will clarify the information and get more influence. Bonuses on recruit action, the most important abilities, can increase the speed of clarifying information and the amount of influence obtained.

DELIVERING THE WORLD OF COLLEGE FOOTBALL

The recruiting action is as follows:

Providing scholarships: scholarships indicate that you are very interested. As a result, prospects for providing scholarships can get a small influence bonus every week. Furthermore, until you offer a scholarship, you will not be able to take you to the campus for the official visit or get a promising.

A NEW DAY IN COLLEGE FOOTBALL

Search for social media: Scroll the player's social media and spend more time knowing about the player. That way, when you appear in their story, you can have a very slight influence. However, be careful not to press "like" three years ago.

Send a DM to a player: Send a message directly to the players on social media and start talking and know more about the players. DMS will give you a little influence when you start building a relationship.

Contact friends and family: Call the players' family and close friends several times to know more about the values of prospects. This action will have a huge impact on prospects when rumors spread among the people who call and when grandmother and thanksgiving dinner programs are running around.

Send home: Send as much resources as possible, from recruiting coordinators to other coaches of staff, to prospects as possible, gaining as much influence as possible.

As the motivation is revealed, the question mark will not be attached. If the motivation is red, the recruiter is not interested in the motivation. If the green check mark is displayed, it indicates one of the three motives.

By giving the recruitment activities in this way, I wanted to make sure that recruitment activities are monotonous, so that they do not spend a lot of time every week. With this in mind, each recruitment action decides to "set it and feather it", that is, the recruitment locks in, commit you, or you change the recruitment action. Until, it will be maintained weekly throughout the week.

The recruiter is narrowing the top schools to five schools, so it's time to bring out prospects from your school and what you provide. At this point, you should have enough information about the prospects and what they are interested in. The more information you have, the more persuasive you can sell. If you do not have a lot of information about prospects, you will be virtually blind and there is a risk of pushing things you are not interested. If your sale doesn't match your opponent's motivation, it may actually have a negative effect on your or your program.

There are two ways to sell when recruiting prospects:

Soft cell: It has a moderate influence when choosing an appropriate pitch. In addition, the downside risks and penalty of prospects are limited to those they do not care. Ideal when you know the contents of the recruitment to some extent.

MEET YOUR NEW NEIGHBOR

Hard cell: This can be the most leveraged when choosing the right pitch, but also accompanies the biggest penalty if you put the wrong thing. If you know the ideal pitch of the recruiter, or if you're hopeless and just want to be the best, it's best to put a hard cell.

Once you select the pitch type, then select the pitch. Each step is a gathering of three incentives, with a total of 20 pitches. For example, the Bound Pitch on Sunday sells your school candidate, conference reputation, and your children's track records to the next level. How much of the pitch is in line with the motivation of the prospect, and my relative results at that school will eventually determine how much your pitch reaches the prospect. Upsel skills can increase the impact of my school performance.

If your school doesn't fit their ideal niche perfectly, or you're looking for a way to gain a competitive advantage, you can influence their perspective and change their motivation. By successfully swaying your prospect, you can give them a second ideal step that only you can do. The second ideal step may result in a third ideal step combination. The more the motivation of the ideal pitch overlaps with the pitch you are trying to motivate, the greater your chances of successfully swaying your prospect. It is possible to lure them into a pitch with zero motivation overlap, but the odds of success are very low.

For example, let's say your prospect's current ideal course is "Hometown Hero," which includes campus life, proximity to home, and program offerings. To increase your chances of success, lure your prospect into a course that includes one or two of the Hometown Hero incentives. In this example, influence your prospect with the College Experience course, which includes academic prestige, campus life, and stadium atmosphere. If our influence is successful, the prospect will start to care about academic prestige and the stadium atmosphere in addition to the three motivations they already care about as part of their ideal pitch. If your swing is successful, you will present two or more Ideal Pitches and get the most influence. It also gives you the opportunity to more closely connect the prospect to the strengths of your school. This is an incredibly powerful move that, if used correctly, can separate you from your competitors.

The final step in recruiting is closing. This is inviting the prospect for an official visit and making a lasting impression on them. To book a visit for a prospect, they need to be in your top five schools and have a scholarship offer. No freshman wants to take the time to visit a school that doesn't even have a scholarship offer.

Recruit can visit the school officially when the school has a tw o-day weekly or home game. Schools can only accept four recruitment a week. If you book an official visit, you will be charged a 4 0-hour recruitment fee. The cost of scheduling a visit is not counted as the maximum number of time you can assign to recruiters a week. For this reason, you can resume regular recruitment from the week you plan to visit.

Visits are mainly divided into two parts.

Time is all about visiting schedules. Waiting to invite a recruiter for a big competition in the second half of the season may have many benefits, but there is a possibility that Prospect will commit somewhere else before the visit date. There is a risk because there is.

Opponents on the day of the visit are also important. Game Day Stakes is set for each visit during the regular season, and if you win the game, the bonus of the influence on the recruiter is determined, and if you lose, you may be disadvantageous. Stakes is determined by the importance and recognition of the games in which Prospect participates. To be honest, no one wants to go to a weak environment. Even if you play against a lower ranked opponent, there is almost no upside, and if you lose, it will be a great disadvantage. Conversely, if you play against the top five teams, you may be impressive. Of course, the schedule in a week can completely avoid the risk, but in that case there is no bonus on the game.

Finally, the other outlook this weekend can have a positive or negative impact based on whether their position is complementary or competitive. For example, if the general visits and subtraction visits are made at the same time, the bonus will be free, while the two quarterbacks will be considered as a competitive visit, which will have a negative impact on both visits. Will be.

LET’S TALK SCHEDULES

Once the Prospect decides on what day, the next step is to choose what to do during your visit. There are 14 types of activities that Recruit can visit, and each activity is compatible with the motivation of Prospect. Like the pitch, the integrity of the new students and the consistency of my school performance determines how much new students can enjoy the activity.

Whether or not you can make a successful visit can often be the same as whether you can get the top 5 classes or stay on the altar on the contract date. Hopefully, after visiting, the player may be verbally admitted to your school.

It is natural that you are satisfied with the verbal promise, but it is important to know the situation until they sign the application book on the signing day. If the verbal candidate has a deal breaker, it will be released from your school if you are below the required score criteria by the signature date. Once a player signs on the signing day, you won't have to worry until the player arrives at the campus.

In the past three years, the transfer gate has completely changed how to make a college football and roaster. While it can be used to quickly upgrade the roaster, it may stagnate the program when a large number of players leave.

Like recruitment, players in your roaster can also have a dealwaker, and the recruiter holding a dealer holds the decouvens when you join your roaster. It is important to remember that the deal breaker is a promise between you and the player. If you couldn't maintain a deal breaker, they could leave during this of f-season. Even if the corresponding My School ratings fall below the reference value, they do not guarantee that they will leave. The possibility that the player who has destroyed the dealer breaker will be transferred is determined by OVR, and the higher the OVR player, the more likely it is to transfer.

Keep in mind that all actions you take during the season can affect My School's results, so it may increase the possibility of leaving the player. Coach Reof and coach change jobs can directly affect the team's prestige coach, and as a result, the player may enter the gate.

If not only players who are introduced, but also high OVR players have been studying for more than three years, they may turn to professionals and enter into drafts. Players who enter the prodraft will display the draft prediction ranking.

Once the player decides to leave, there is a chance to persuade the residue. The probability of a player's successful persuasion is determined by the player's OVR and your coach's reputation. It is more difficult to persuade a player with a high OVR than a low OVR player.

However, keep in mind that you only have a limited number of persuasion attempts. The number of persuasion attempts is determined by the coach's authority. The higher the coach's prestige, the more attempts you will get. The number of persuasion attempts can be increased with the Gift of Gab ability, and the Roster Retainer ability can increase your chances of successfully persuading a player to stay. Both of these abilities are available for the Program Builder archetype.

After the promotion ends this week, you will be able to see the Pro Draft results showing the players who will be drafted. When creating the Pro Draft results, we use real-world data and Pro Draft trends to know when players will be drafted based on OVR and position.

While players have the opportunity to retire through the transfer portal each season, you also have the opportunity to make changes to your roster. Every offseason, you must reduce your roster to 85 players. Unfortunately, if you go over the 85-man limit, you will be forced to encourage some players to transfer and look for new ground. Even if your roster is below 85 players, you can still encourage transfers for new players next season. Also, we can’t encourage freshmen who have just signed to look for new ground the moment they step on campus.

As I mentioned at the beginning, one of our goals was to make the transfer door truly unpredictable. It starts with players’ departures. Some schools will have a large exodus of players, while others will stay. Once all players have decided whether to stay or go, the transfer door officially opens with the start of offseason recruiting.

Offseason recruiting lasts a total of four weeks, with transfer players making their final decision on the final National Signing Day. Just like in real life, these four weeks are chaotic, with players committing quickly and teams’ rosters changing quickly. Teams must make quick decisions all the time, sometimes with limited information. Do we want to keep chasing high school recruits? Are there any transfer players who can immediately improve our roster? How much time do we want to spend exploring and determining the motivations of transfer players? How soon do we want to let transfer players visit?

Each transferred player is rated by the OVR and has the ranking of national, state, and places like high school expected players. As people change over time, transfer players are allocated new ideal steps and incentives. All players at the transfer gate have a contract violator who caused the first transfer. Their new ideal steps include their motivation, relocated to the transfer players and their own needs.

TO BURN A SHIRT, OR NOT TO BURN A SHIRT

After placing new ideal steps and motives, transferors will evaluate each school and create a list of top schools, such as high school. Investigate how your incentives match each school and adjust the proximity from the pipeline and home.

They only look at five schools because the prospects of 4 stars and 5 stars are the highest demand and know what they are looking for. If you don't enter the top five schools, you can't talk to them. Lower star candidates have a difference in the number of schools to be considered. Some schools are completely open, while others only consider three schools.

No matter where the transfer destination is, the transfer process of transfer is fast and you need to make a quick decision. The exchange with a metaphor is very similar to the exchange with the high school army. Depending on their scenes, you add recruitment action, position your school, visit them on your campus, and make a transaction.

If a position group does not meet their demands, they will secure a recruitment board spot for the transfer players who believe that they will be ready to work. It's not surprising to see a team that ends the contract date in a light recruitment class to prepare for a big recruitment push at the transfer gate.

Of course, if you look at the players at the gate, the priority may change. It's nice to have a need for the left match during the season, but if you have a fiv e-star transferor who wants to come to your school, why drag them down? < SPAN> Each transferred player is rated by the OVR and has the ranking of the country, state, and places like high school expected players. As in the real world, 25 university football has early signed day and national sign day. Early Symptoms will be held at the opening of the bowl season after the regular season. The National Senday will be held seven weeks after the US Championship.

In the signature, all the players who have committed oral enrollment before the sign indoor will not be able to decline. Most promising players sign a contract before Early Symptoms, but some remain in the cycle in the second half of the cycle. These prospects will eventually sign the indications on the day of the nationwide signing with the transfer.

A newcomer who did not sign up after the National Senday would be left behind and walked off season. Nevertheless, the era of actively soliciting players without joining anywhere and floating in the air is over! You don't have to imagine what happened to them. Did you not be able to enroll because of poor grades? Did you change your mind and try to challenge archery? Because you said something? Now, if the team with the most impact on the contract date offers a scholarship, you can get the player. This is the improvement of the quality of the great life that we all felt, and I am very happy that we have realized it.

After the signing date, you have the opportunity to change the position of the players before the of f-season progress. This is especially important because players who have contracted in recruitment have no actual position. If you forget to set up the player's position, you will automatically assign an arched position as the week progresses. < SPAN> As in the real world, 25 university football has early signed day and national sign day. Mental abilities do not change unless that mental ability does not apply to a new position.

POST-GAME SPEECH

In college football, of f-season is the most aggressive period for player development. Players can improve throughout the season, but most of their growth and development occur in spring and summer. We witness the players who "#work" in the of f-season every season as a larger, strong, faster, and overall player. The same is true for college football 25 players.

All of the gains

In Dynasty, the player's attributes and physical abilities are automatically improved. Mental abilities cannot be upgraded, so they can differentiate between players.

Players will be promoted during the season based on field performances, but most will occur in the of f-season. The of f-season progress is performed after the position stage, and the players can go to a new position. The growth of the player in the of f-season is affected by the grades, coach skill set, and development characteristics.

In order to actually simulate the difference in physical maturity between the first and fourth graders, young players such as Rising Sofomore will jump greater during the of f-season than the fourth grader. Similarly, coaching staff also has a major impact on the growth of the player. For example, the incentive has a Payt forward function, and every time a player in that position is nominated in a draft 1 to 3 rounds, it can give a bonus XP to the position group. Intercentric also has the "work ability" to increase the development of the of f-season of a specific position group. Training is further corrected by the player's training attribute.
