Debate Excerpts Viscount Younger of Leckie vs Lord Griffiths of Burry Port

Early gains for bookies in B2 VAT battle

In fact, one of the points pointed out in the recommendations was about the examination of evidence and the flexibility of the use standards. All newly proposed commemorative ceremonies must meet specific standards, but the committee has been working on new policies for evidence necessary to prove status for a while. We want to keep this in mind, as we want to take advantage of all opportunities and evidence to honor the memories of the dead people.

You guys, I have received the reports we are discussing now with a very regrettable feeling, and the survey results-even if we say it in a sparse-I want to proceed from a slightly different direction. I visited the Kagiocall war dead cemetery on the outskirts of Nairobi, and noticed that all the tombs of those who fought in World War II were properly memorialized. Similarly, 40, 000 porters and port workers, which were indispensable for the supply of units, were appropriately memorialized in a cemetery scattered from Monbasa to the ridge of Kenya Highlands.

I have also visited the cemetery of Asumala in Karen and Eritria. People who died in February and March 1941 were buried in the same garden by Hindu, Seek, Muslims, British Christians, and as in the record. I was very impressed to see that it was buried. Was this a common practice improved by World War II? Can the minister indicate when it will be clear so that we can understand the process more appropriately?

The aristocrats point out that they are particularly good, especially in World War II. Of course, the report focuses only on World War I. As these recommendations are implemented, and as we do that, we will turn to World War II as part of the expansion plan, but that is a little further ahead. I guarantee that it is a story. In World War I, those who could not be honored were fighters and transporters who were transported to support units engaged in battle. What we want to pay attention to is these people in World War I.

Isn't it great that the nobles and the Labor Party have made access to the museum free?

I note the upbeat response to the nobleman's opening remarks and reaffirm that admission fees will remain free for the 15 museums. On Brexit, a number of plans have been put in place to anticipate Brexit issues, including DCMS working with leading national museums to assess the potential impact of Brexit and provide support. As uncertainty continues, national museums and galleries are developing detailed plans for Brexit, including for the possibility of a no-deal, and I am sure these will include the points the nobleman made about the continent and the Netherlands. The nobles point out many good points. First, I sincerely agree with him about the need to support local newspapers as much as possible. Local newspapers are the source of the vitality of the local community and provide indispensable information for the local community. There is no end to the count, such as local democracy, local council, birth, death, and marriage.

I would like to hear the Minister's answer to the aristocratic Lord Wigly, the parliament, or whether the route is a complete opinion of the parliament. The Minister seems to have suggested that there was a full cooperation, so he expects a positive answer, but it is interesting to see what answers will be returned.

Finally, the nobles may have mentioned different points about local democracy issues, but the BBC's local democratic news system is a step forward. So far, 144 journalists have been appointed to this system, and we can support the same thing we want, that is, regional news.

The process is ongoing. Various laws of the Diet have been defined, revenue collection organizations have been established, and all elements that need to be incorporated into other Diet Laws are listed here.

The only thing I want to say is that I want to say that I'm responsible in the dispatch box. It seems unusual to revise all of these existing Diet laws and include mentions to the organization we established. The complexity of mutual reference required to take this measure in Congress and Wales' general legislative materials is really interesting. Considering that establishing such a simple measure is such a complicated, I feel that heaven will help you in negotiating the EU withdrawal.

Behind these comments by Lord Griffith, a nobleman, I allow a fairly simple answer to the raised question.

I am grateful for the general support of Sir Wigly, Lord Griffith, and especially Mrs. Humphreze. The aristocratic Lord Wigly raised several questions, but the answer is positive. At this point, there is no IF or But.

We will continue to cooperate with the Wales Government to submit the necessary orders as a result of the Congress Law. Sometimes it's necessary, sometimes not, but I hope this is the answer.
