CBS-rules

All students are obliged to be familiar with and comply with CBS's rules of academic conduct, including sanctions. Students are also expected to have read the "Academic Regulations" for their respective programs.

RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR WRITTEN SIT-IN EXAMS AT CBS, INCLUDING RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR ELECTRONIC AIDS

In accordance with Ministerial Regulation No. 2271 on University Examinations dated December 1, 2021 (Examination Order) and Ministerial Regulation No. 864 on Business Higher Education Examinations dated June 14, 2022 (Examination Order), it is the responsibility of the university to inform and instruct students and other examination participants on the examination rules that apply to the examination. Therefore, all CBS written examinations are subject to the following rules:

Introduction

1. These are the rules for CBS written examinations. Students must be familiar with these rules and other examination rules as listed in the program rules, course description, and student intranet. (2) Candidates are obliged to verify their username and password before taking the exam. (3) Violation of this rule may result in immediate dismissal for misconduct and may be reported to the Dean. Sanctions are listed in the Copenhagen Business School Rules of Conduct and Academic Integrity (including sanctions). (4) CBS IT department hereby informs students that computer monitoring will be used during the written exam to detect attempts at misconduct.

Written Exam 2. The written exam will be conducted during a set time period under the supervision of a CBS exam monitor. Only registered candidates, CBS appointed exam invigilators, other CBS administrators, and CBS exam faculty and staff are allowed in the exam room during the written exam.

3. Candidates must be considerate of other candidates and CBS personnel during the exam and must keep noise and other distractions to a minimum.

4. In the written exam, the examinees need to do the following: 1) CBS student ID is carried. If that is not possible, the date of birth is stated, such as a driver's license or passport, such as a public photo of the person's registration number, and a driver's license or passport for international students. Public photo identification card may be used. Place your ID on the desk so that you can see it during the test. Please note that digital driver's license downloaded to your mobile phone cannot be used as an effective photo ID in the CBS sit test. Also, bringing in mobile phones is prohibited, so a digital driver's license cannot be used for written examinations. 2) You will arrive at the test venue 15 minutes before the start of the exam, and the door will close when the test starts. About 20 minutes after the start of the exam, the door opens only once for the late examinee. These candidates are not given the extension time at the end of the exam. 3) Place everything required for the exam on the desk. < SPAN> 4. In the written test, the test takers need to do the following: 1) carry a CBS student ID card. If that is not possible, the date of birth is stated, such as a driver's license or passport, such as a public photo of the person's registration number, and a driver's license or passport for international students. 7) If the proctor wishes to leave before the exam time. If the candidate wishes to leave before the exam time due to illness or other reasons, the candidate must contact the proctor. Exam questions must not be taken out of the exam room until the exam is over. 8) If the candidate wishes to submit a "blank" paper instead of the actual paper and answers, they must use the "blank submission" feature of the digital exam. They must then contact the proctor and get permission to end the exam. 9) When submitting digitally to a digital exam: a. Finish uploading within the official exam time. If the upload is made outside the exam time, a delivery is required to evaluate the exam answers. If a delivery is not made, a "-3" will be recorded and the exam attempt will be made. b. Clearly indicate the number of candidates on all uploaded documents. All uploaded file names must also include the student number. 10) Follow the instructions of the proctor.

5. In a seated written exam, the proctor must not: 1) Leave the exam room during the first and last 30 minutes of the official exam time. 2) Leaving the exam hall except to go to the toilet. If you go to the toilet, leave your candidate ID at the candidate exam station. At the start of the exam, the proctor may inform you that different rules apply. 3) Leaving the exam hall to smoke or buy food or drink. 4) Taking any papers, notes or similar objects into the toilet or chatting while in the toilet. 5) Borrowing an assistant from a colleague unless specifically permitted by the proctor. 6) Communicating in any way with other proctors or other people. 7) Using a mobile phone or similar device, including before the start of the exam. 8) Listening to music or other items without using headphones. 9) For exams with digital exam submission, for inquiries involving downloading exam submission documents, you cannot request IT support during the first 30 minutes of the exam time. 10) Typing or making corrections or additions to the submitted exam paper after the exam time has ended. 11) Removing the screen filter from the CBS computer. 12) Talking to other candidates in the exam room during or after the exam.

Examination appliances in the written test 6. The written test cannot bring in the testing tools including electronic testing aids. However, excluding those that are described as the testing tools allowed in the course explanation of each exam. (2) Bringing in unaccepted testing tools is deemed to be fraudulent, and is reported regardless of whether or not you use it during the test.

7. Electronic auxiliary equipment refers to a computer, calculator, mobile phone, smartwatch, other input, preservation, and calculations. (2) SEBES does not provide electricity and other equipment to use these electronic devices. (3) SebyS does not provide any technical support for electronic devices brought in by the test takers. If a technical problem occurs using the electronic device brought by the examinee, the fraction will not be added or r e-examinated.

Therefore, any test assistant equipment must not be lent to other examinees, except in the case of the test supervisor. 4) Use screens and monitors of the size seen by other examinees. 5) To send sounds and bother other test takers.
