1. 3 A Quick Note About Arbitration: If you use GoFundMe in the United States, Australia, or Canada, you need to know about our arbitration agreement. By using GoFundMe's services, you agree that any disputes or legal issues between you and GoFundMe will be resolved by binding arbitration, not in court. 2. Definitions

2. 11. Services: The various functions, features, and tools that GoFundMe and its partners make available through the Platform.

2. 12. Service Content: All content and materials (including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, but excluding User Content) made available by GoFundMe on the Service.

2. 13. Software: Proprietary software and applications provided and owned by GoFundMe that allow Users to access and use the Service.

3. The Services We Provide

7. Transfers, Holds & Chargebacks
