I am pleased to announce that I will be SVP Hospitality Development for MGM Resorts International. MGM Resorts is a publicly traded gaming and entertainment company that operates nearly half of the Las Vegas Strip, including iconic resorts such as Bellagio, ARIA, Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, MGM Grand, Mandalay Bay and Park MGM. In my new role, I will lead the end-to-end development process for all domestic and select international resorts, and guide the long-term portfolio strategy for capital investments and third-party partnerships. I am honored to be part of this world-class organization and would like to thank Alice Kastratis for the opportunity and Bill Hornbuckle and Corey Sanders for approving my appointment. I am excited for this next chapter.

Adopting a first-person perspective is where it makes a difference how far away a popular attraction is. Walt Disney World's Swan & Dolphin is a good example. #HospitalityMarketing

On July 24, Walt Disney World will introduce the Disney Genie Plus Service "Lightning Lane Multi Pass", and the Lightning Lane will be the "Lightning Lane Single Pass". In each of Disney's destination, the Lightning Lane Pass is also updated. 💜 You can know what you can get by choosing an experience and time before purchasing. 💜 You can reserve a Lightning Lane Pass for multiple vacation days in one day. See the Lightning Lane Pass mechanism from July 24. You can also select available time zones. On the day, after using the option, you can check the available time with the My Disney Experience app and select additionally. 👉 Lightning, Lane, Single Pass Lightning, Lane Single Pass, the same features that can secure time to ride one of the most demanding attractions, but in the future, we will purchase and plan in advance. You will be able to stand. Guests staying at Disney Resort Hotels and other select hotels (Shads of Green Resort, Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotel) are Lightning Lane Pass 7 days before Lightning Lane Pass , You can use it during your stay (up to 14 days). Other agents can stay 14 days before the holiday start date.

Retailers often develop their own private brands, like store brand products found in supermarkets. Similarly, private labeling in F & amp; a; b is a strategic approach for visitor attractions to provide their own brand products. This can enhance profitability and customer loyalty by providing hig h-quality and customized products to visitors. 🔝。 When I recently visited Disneyland and Paris, I found some wonderful examples of private brand products. - The future is dynamic 📈 The head of Merlin Entertainments, which operates attractions around the world (America, Europe, Asia, Australia), appeared on CNBC recently to talk about the business. The main announcement was that the company will start using dynamic pricing for its attractions. Dynamic pricing (which in my opinion is not necessarily the same thing as price hikes) means that the price will be higher on days of high demand and lower on days when not many people want to go. It's something that's been done for decades with hotels and airlines, but it's a relatively new pattern in the theme park industry. Smaller regional operators like Six Flags and SeaWorld have been doing it for years, but the big players like Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando Resort have yet to put an end to the feature. So why would a company introduce this new pricing structure? 1 - More money (duh) 2 - The company's policy is to improve the guest experience for everyone. If you charge more for a day, fewer people will go and the lines will be shorter. If you charge less, you get the opportunity to visit budget-conscious consumers.
