A power shift is happening in Pennsylvania. In this issue of City & State magazine, we profile some of Pennsylvania's most prominent people under the age of 40. Known as a public policy advocate, community organizer, and public office aspirant, Jonathan Lovitz has a lot of ideas for the Keystone State. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce, he has other political goals and is running for Pennsylvania's 182nd Congressional District on a "pro-business, pro-equality, pro-solutions" campaign. . Lovitz has experience at NGLCC, where he oversaw government policy and the agency's legal, construction, and pharmaceutical groups. He has also contributed to more than 20 local and state laws aimed at supporting small businesses, particularly those owned by veterans, people with disabilities, and LGBTQ+ people.

Tray Miller has worked for a big carrier for a big one.
