IGT Launches its Second Omnichannel Wide Area Progressive Game in Canada, Money Mania Slots
International Game Technology Plc recently announced the launch of progressive (WAP) games as the second wave of its omnichannel wide area (WAP) games for Canada. The game is currently available on the British Columbia Lottery Corporation's (BCLC) PlayNow. com website and at 22 BCLC designated casinos across British Columbia. IGT is the only supplier in the world to offer an omni-channel jackpot game with shared jackpots across all land-based, online and mobile versions.
"BCLC is excited to launch Money Mania from IGT. Both BCLC and IGT are passionate about providing innovative games to players and fostering responsible growth in the industry. We also recognize that BCLC is uniquely positioned to provide players with a cross-channel experience. Whether they play in a casino or online, we are confident that Money Mania is a game our players will love," said Dan Beebe, Chief Operating Officer, BCLC.
IGT's Money Mania is a proven multi-level play (MLP) game that features player-friendly game mechanics and multiple base game themes. The game includes a $100, 000 "Money Jackpot" and a fast-paced second-level WAP jackpot - "Jackpot Mania." The jackpot has a reset value of $4, 000, and the game's "jackpot mania" is designed to be won frequently, especially as land-based, online and mobile gameplay all feed into the jackpot meter simultaneously. "IGT's Money Mania omni-channel WAP is designed to deliver frequent mid-to-large jackpots, encourage cross-channel gameplay and engage BCLC players online and in casino. Like PowerBucks, IGT's Money Mania is at the forefront of jackpot innovation and supports IGT's commitment and leadership in omni-channel content and innovation.
