Virgin Hotels Las Vegas Review My New Favorite Foodie Escape
Virgin Hotels Las Vegas Review, My New Favorite Foodie Escape
I stayed at most hotels in the strip district while attending Las Vegas at work. This hotel is ranked very high in my list, so I have been visiting many times since I found this hotel. We often do remote work at the virgin hotel, and we have called this hotel the "second home."
The pool, interior, meal, and all atmosphere were perfect for my taste. It was as if it was designed based on a pintalest board. All restaurants are to p-notch, so you can spend days without leaving the resort. In addition, it is not far from the strip, so you can jump into the Night Life in Las Vegas.

Virgin Hotels Las Vegas Review
About the Virgin Hotels Las Vegas Resort
The Las Vegas Virgin Hotel opened in March 2021. Originally, it was home to hard rock hotels and casinos. However, it was acquired by the Virgin Group in 2018 and a larg e-scale renovation was carried out.
In my opinion, the Virgin Group fused the retro Ras Vegas atmosphere and the modern and airy interior. Gold entrance, gold intentions, and artistic nodes to the desert are in harmony with the bright red color and the flashy Las Vegas posture.
Location
I like places with action, so I hesitated to book a movie room. But the virgin hotel is still close to the strip, and I think it's better.
It was not overcrowded, but a calm atmosphere compared to other large casinos, but it was still bustling. The hotel room is not piled up on a huge casino, it looks like a beach resort with a game table. You can play while experiencing Las Vegas, but you don't rely on customers from the movie. So there was a completely different atmosphere, and I liked it.
How far is the Virgin Hotel from the strip?
The Virgin Hotel is only one mile east of Las Vegas Strip. Along with Planet Hollywood along E Harmon Ave. The strip is 5 minutes by Uber or 5 minutes by car.
Is it walkable from The Virgin Hotel to the strip?
perhaps. Walking from Planet Hollywood to Virgin Mary takes about 20 to 25 minutes. If you are north or south of the strip, it will take more time.
It depends on the weather. You don't want to walk in the heat. I've walked before in the cooler hours of the evening, but it's definitely a journey and not comfortable to walk many times.
The good news is that there is so much to see and experience at Our Lady that you won't want to leave often! If you really want to experience the Strip, consider booking a few nights at Our Lady and a few nights on the Strip to get the best of both worlds.
How far is the Virgin Hotel from the airport?
Las Vegas International Airport is just 2 miles from Virgin Hotels, both located on the east side of the Strip. So you can easily get to the airport with an Uber without having to sit in traffic.
Rooms
I've stayed in several rooms and towers at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, and I can tell you, every room is first class. Unlike other outdated resorts on the Strip, the basic rooms look like they're from the 1980s and maybe have a funny smell, but all the rooms here are clean and comfortable. So, if you book a standard room, you won't be disappointed.
All the rooms are well decorated and spacious. All rooms have a large closet and vanity in the hallway that opens onto the living room/sitting area and a very luxurious bed. Standard rooms are available in a choice of queen bed or double queen.
The BEST Room at The Virgin Hotel Las Vegas
But here's the real gem: I was upgraded twice to a King Grand Corner Suite! Sure, 604 square feet of luxury is nice, but the movie views were truly amazing! Trust me, upgrading to this room makes all the difference!
The rooms are on the end of the tower, so a corner room is truly an amazing experience. We woke up every morning with the most beautiful view of the Strip in the distance.
Not only do you see the lanes, but you also get a great view of the pool on the other side. We spent our time at the table counting down the minutes until we could go outside and get in the pool. Some corner suites don't face the pool, but they still have a great view of the movies.
We haven't tried the Ruby Tower (black window in the photo below) yet, but it's definitely on our list for a future visit as it is known as the most luxurious tower at Virgin Mary.
How to Reserve a King Grand Corner Chamber Suite
When booking, choose the King Grand Corner Suite if you want to be sure you'll be staying there. This might be a good option if you're traveling on a weekend when you're less likely to have availability at check-in.
In my case, I booked a standard room and asked for the price of upgrade at chec k-in. As a result, I was able to upgrade at a very cheap price (I think it was around $ 15 to $ 20 per night)!
Keep in mind that the Virgin has just opened, and the price and demand have been increasing since then. But it's worth asking in the office! If your room is not yet sold, you will be more likely to offer a good price for upgrading.
Also, I often travel on weekdays, but that is much better. If you can travel on weekdays (especially in Las Vegas), it will be more advantageous.
Restaurants
Well, let's enter the important meal!
The dining option of the virgin hotel is very impressive. Virgin is known for being proud of eating options, and no matter what you order, you will not be disappointed. The only thing that makes this experience better is al l-inclusive!
Introducing my favorite restaurants in Virgin Hotel Las Vegas.
1. Kassi Beach House
Cassy Beach House is not only one of the most favorite restaurants at the Virgin Hotel, but also a place where you go everywhere you go to Las Vegas.
The atmosphere is close to perfect and the dishes are wonderful! The menu is an Italian beach dish, and you can enjoy it with a patio overlooking the beach front pool. There is nothing more.
My favorite is whip recotta and honey Miss and Amalfi Slassy.
When you visit on weekdays, there are many specials, including a Wednesday night party with a DJ, and a 50 % -off evening, a 50 % of f-selected drink from 9 pm. This article is too much to talk about this wonderful restaurant.
In my Kassi Beach House Restaurant review, please see how to order, my favorite dishes, and weekly special menus.
2. Casa Calavera
No one hates delicious Mexican dishes.
Casa Carabella, brought by the Tao Hospitality Group to the virgin hotel, has a fun and colorful atmosphere and a killer Margarita.
Every Sunday, there is a live Mariacci band!
Of course, if you go at the beginning of the week, you want to visit Tacos Chuz Day. Casa Calabella's happy hour is also wonderful and is offered from Sunday to Thursday from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
3. Funny Library Coffee Bar
There are coffee makers in each room, but drip coffee is not enough like me.
Every morning, we went to Funny Library Coffee Bar to enjoy a variety of coffees and delicious pastries. In true Virgin fashion, there were plenty of cute seats to sit and enjoy your coffee, and it was a great way to wake up to a good vibe.
4. Afters Ice Cream
Afters is the perfect poolside snack on a hot day or a fun place to bring the kids. They have unique flavors like salted Oreo, milk and cereal, Thai tea, and a bright blue Cookie Monster ice cream that is Instagrammable. Afters specializes in the Milky Bun™, two hot glazed doughnuts smothered in homemade ice cream. Here you go.
5. Night + Market
This Los Angeles-based Thai restaurant is one of the best Thai restaurants I've ever eaten at. The food is meant to be shared, so it's a good idea to order a variety for the table and try everything.
There are three must-order dishes at Night + Market: the party wings, the crispy rice salad, and the coconut rice. Thank you.
Pool
The pool at Virgin Hotels is magical. It's like a beach oasis in the desert heat.
The pool area is the perfect place to relax and cool off after a day of exploring the city or tiring yourself out trying to decide what to order for brunch at Cassi Beach House. You can lounge on a poolside chair in the sand. Of course, there's a bar nearby so you can sip a pina colada or a margarita.
There's also a smaller second pool on the upper terrace. This one is cold, so it's great for the summer when the sun is beating down. The second-floor pool is quieter and more serene, and has a nice little view down the lane. I really enjoyed sneaking out here with a cocktail in hand.
Élia Beach Club
One of the most fun ways to experience Las Vegas is to throw a pool party, especially with friends!
At The Virgin Hotel's Élia Beach Club, you can enjoy a trendy DJ for free in their Mykonos-inspired, adults-only pool. With a beach-like setting, poolside cabanas, great food and live entertainment, it's a popular spot for daytime pool parties.
Spa
We didn't have a chance to try the spa at The Virgin Hotel Las Vegas, but it looked amazing and is definitely on our list for next time!
They offer massages, facials and body treatments for guests 18 and older. Also, the resort fee now includes a 20% discount on spa services and a 15% discount on spa retail items.
Parking
Parking was easy and there was always plenty of space available. They offer both valet parking and valet service, but we opted for valet parking.
The parking lot is free and there are two parking lots, ruby tower and opal tower. So, depending on which tower you stay, you can access relatively close.
Price & Resort Fees
I was lucky to be able to stay several times before the resort fee was collected in 2022. Most Las Vegas hotels collect resort fees, so they don't have a resort feed and need to incorporate them into budgets. In addition, $ 45 per night + resort tax is considerably standard compared to other hotels in this area.
Here are some tips on how to save money and get cashback.
What does the Virgin Hotel Las Vegas resort fee include?
- Hig h-speed Internet access
- Spa service 20 % discount
- Spa retail 15%discount
- If you buy 2 dinner in the Commons Club kitchen, one appetizer is free
- A 2-piece 1 drink voucher that can be used at the Commons Club bar
- Two water in the room
- You can enjoy live streaming such as Hulu and Netflix in your room.
- Unlimited city calls, domestic lon g-distance calls, free calls
How to Save on Your Booking
I succeeded in booking Virgin Hotels Las Vegas using the Hopper app. Hopper is on sale irregularly in Las Vegas, and all customers in the city will be a uniform $ 1 (eg $ 40) or a percentage discount! I always check Hopper for hotels in Las Vegas.
Use the above link or promo code HANNAHF5WD to discount $ 10.
If you don't have a hopper sale, you can see a thir d-party site like Booking. com, Priceline, and Hotwire so that you can get cashback from Rakuten.
There are several other strategies to find great online information, so please see here for details.

There are many reasons for staying at a virgin hotel, but for me the great food is even more attractive. If you can go on weekdays, you can save your room and enjoy a happy hour at a wonderful restaurant like Kassi Beach House. Don't forget to upgrade to the King Corner Suite and relax in a cool pool even in the hot summer.
