"Cancel Charge" has the meaning set out in Section 6. 4.
"Closed Account" means a Player Account as set out in Section 11. 1.
"Closed" or "Shutdown" means the act of a Player closing a Player Account as set out in Section 11. 1.
"Deactivation" means setting a "Player Account" as set out in Section 12 to a "Deactivated Account". 2.
"Deactivated Account" has the meaning set out in Section 12. 2.

"Biometric Device Data" means data about an individual's unique biological characteristics used as part of biometric device authentication.

"Dormant Account" means a Player Account as described in Article 10. 2, but does not include a Player Account of a person who has registered with My Play Break.
"Downtime" has the meaning given in Article 15. 2.

- A person who has been excluded from Olg. ca by court order or by any applicable law or regulation, or any rule or policy adopted thereunder, including the Agco Standards;
- A person who is prohibited from accessing a gaming site or playing a lottery scheme from time to time pursuant to Standard 3. 01 or Standard 3. 01. 1 of the Agco Igaming Standards or any other relevant provision of the Agco Igaming Standards or AGCO Standards.

"Payment Method" means the payment methods accepted by OLG for depositing funds into your Player Account or making purchases using Direct Pay, as set out on the Deposit and Direct Pay page and updated from time to time in OLG's sole discretion, and may include, but are not limited to, options such as credit cards, debit cards, electronic funds transfers and the use of digital payment wallets.
"Pay-to-Play Game" means any game or product offered from time to time through OLG. ca that (i) constitutes a "lottery program" within the meaning of the Criminal Code (Canada); (ii) requires players to place a bet or wager as a condition of participating in the game; or (iii) offers players an opportunity to win prizes, but does not include lottery-based games or Free-to-Play games played online. "Player" means any person who has successfully registered a Player Account that has not been suspended, disabled or closed (excluding any person who has been or has become a blocked person).
"Player Account" means a player account with fictitious funds equivalent to Canadian dollars held on the iGaming System, including the Player's registration information, deposit and withdrawal transaction history and gaming information which the Player may access from time to time via OLG. ca;

- In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms of this Agreement and any other terms, conditions, policies, statements and explanations, the order of priority shall be in descending order from i. to vii. above, except that this Agreement shall be subordinate to the applicable lottery game rules and pay-to-play game rules set out in i. above, and shall be superior to the terms, conditions, policies, statements and explanations set out in ii. to vi. above.
c. Any person who wishes to become a Player (hereinafter referred to as a "Prospective Player") must meet the following conditions as determined by OLG in its sole discretion:
4 REGISTRATION OF A PLAYER ACCOUNT
4.1 ELIGIBILITY TO REGISTER A PLAYER ACCOUNT
A prospective Player must not already be a Player. A Player may not have more than one Player Account. Registering or attempting to register more than one Player Account is a material breach of these Terms.

By providing any information or document to OLG, the intended Player (or Player, as the case may be) consents to the collection, use, storage and disclosure of such information by OLG for all purposes set out in this Agreement or any of the other documents incorporated herein by reference in Clause 3. For more information regarding the collection, use, disclosure and storage of personal information by OLG, please refer to the OLG Internet Privacy and Cookies Policy.
4.2 PLAYER ACCOUNT INFORMATION
Information submitted by a prospective Player to register an Account on OLG. ca must be true, accurate and complete at the time it is provided to OLG, and such information must remain true, accurate and complete after the Player Account is registered. If any of this registration information changes after the Player Account is registered, it is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that he/she retains the right to have a Player Account in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and, if necessary, to update the Player information in the Player Account by accessing the "My Account" or "Account Information" page.
