Wynn Resorts Appoints Three New Independent Directors
Las Vegas April 18, 2018 PRNEWSWIRE = Kyodo News JBN] The Board of Directors of Win Resorts (NASDAQ: Wynn) appointed Betzi Atkins, De De Meyers, and Wendy Web as an independent director. Announced that the meeting has expanded to 11 people (immediate starting out). The Board of Directors approved the new director at a direct meeting scheduled in Las Vegas on April 17, 2018.

- Reconciled a si x-year lawsuit with Universal Entertainment for $ 2. 4 billion.
- The sale of 5. 3 million shares in Win Resorts to the Macau Galaxy Entertainment Group was raised $ 927 million.
- The reconciliation of the lawsuit was filed by former board members Elaine Win in 2012, and all claims in these arguments were solved without being paid by Win Resorts.
- Install a new department that focuses on gender equality, diversity, fair treatment, and women's leadership.
